I woke up this morning and just typed out this message to my friend. The words just flowed.
Living hungry or living content.
Before we find inner peace and fulfilment we are always stuck in the struggle of wanting and repulsion
After we find our ever giving own inner wellspring of nourishments then living becomes an expression of sharing love and compassion
Our journey to ease is to find this inner treasure
Trust it exists
Trust others have found it
Trust you too will find it
The difficulty of the road is only to inspire you to let go of what is not true, beautiful and real
The more we shed, empty, the more the ambrosia of life fills us to joyous fulfilment

We are all celebrating and morphing back to return to the ocean of love…
